Our store is hosted and powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to offer our products and Services to you.

Nexiro products are consumer comfort and wellness products.

Information provided on our website regarding comfort, sleep positioning, ergonomic support, pressure distribution, neck positioning, posture, relaxation, or similar benefits is provided for general informational and marketing purposes only.

Individual experiences may vary based on factors including body type, sleeping position, mattress type, health conditions, personal preference, and how the product is used.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Nexiro products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, injury, or medical condition.

Nothing on our website should be considered medical advice or a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

4. Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from Nexiro.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order at our discretion, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, product availability, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or incorrect information.

An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact nexirocontact@gmail.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order has entered processing or has shipped.

We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that appear to be placed for unauthorized resale, redistribution, or other commercial purposes.

5. Pricing, Payments and Taxes

The price charged for your order will be the price displayed at checkout at the time your purchase is completed.

Nexiro is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather, transportation disruptions, inaccurate shipping information supplied by the customer, or events outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal of delivery, or similar issue caused by information supplied by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Once an order has shipped, tracking information may be provided where available.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, damaged products, cancellations, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

Our standard return period is 30 days from delivery, subject to the eligibility requirements and exclusions stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

Because pillows and bedding-related products come into close contact with the body, returned products may be required to remain unused, unwashed, clean, and in their original condition and packaging for hygiene reasons, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.

8. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Customers should inspect their order after delivery.

We may request photographs, videos, packaging information, shipping labels, or other reasonable evidence to evaluate the issue.

If you provide a review, photograph, testimonial, suggestion, comment, feedback, or other content to Nexiro, you represent that you have the right to provide that content.

You grant Nexiro a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, publish, display, adapt, and distribute that content for purposes including operating, improving, advertising, and promoting Nexiro and its products.

You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you submit.

We may remove content that we reasonably consider fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, misleading, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

You may not submit fake reviews, impersonate another person, or misrepresent your experience with our products.

Nexiro does not control and is not responsible for the content, security, availability, policies, products, or services provided by third-party websites or service providers.

12. Shopify

Nexiro is powered by Shopify, which provides the technology used to operate our online store.

Any purchase you make through our store is a transaction directly between you and Nexiro.

Shopify is not the seller of Nexiro products and is not responsible for the fulfillment, quality, safety, performance, return, refund, or use of products purchased from Nexiro.

Your use of Shopify-powered functionality may also involve Shopify processing certain information in accordance with its own applicable policies.

We do not guarantee that every customer will experience identical comfort, sleep, ergonomic, or wellness results from a Nexiro product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nexiro and its affiliates, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or products.

This includes, where permitted by law, loss of profits, revenue, data, savings, opportunity, or similar losses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer protection law.

19. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nexiro and its affiliates, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable legal costs resulting from your unlawful use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another party's rights.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies displayed on our website, constitute the agreement between you and Nexiro regarding your use of the Services.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

Nexiro may assign or transfer its rights or obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, change in business structure, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.
